The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas met in special session on the 4th day
of April, 2002, in the Committee Room 103, first floor, City Hall, 1625 13th Street,
Lubbock, Texas at 7:30 A. M.

Present: Mayor Windy Sitton, Mayor Pro Tem Alex "Ty" Cooke,
Councilmember Victor Hernandez, Councilmember Marc McDougal,
Councilmember Frank W. Morrison, Councilmember David Nelson,
Councilmember T.J. Patterson
Absent: No one was absent.
( 1.) Invocation by Richard Burdine.
( 2.) Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.
( 3.) User Fee Study Policy discussion. Beverly Hodges, Director of
Finance.
10:34 A.M. RECESSED TO TOUR
( 4.) Tour and highlight of Community Development houses and projects
with a stop at a micro -enterprise business.
12:48 P. M. COUNCIL ADJOURNED
There being no further business to come before Council, Councilmember
Marc McDougal adjourned the meeting.
