SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MINUTES
APRIL 12, 1993
8:00 A.M.
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas met in special session on
the 12th day of April, 1993 in the City Council Chambers, first floor,
City Hall, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas at 8:00 a.m.
Present: Mayor Pro Tem Maggie Trejo, Councilmember Randy Neugebauer,
Councilmember Max Ince, Councilmember T.J. Patterson, Acting City
Manager Bob Cass, First Assistant City Attorney Don Vandiver, and City
Secretary Betty Johnson.
Absent: Mayor David Langston, Councilmember M.J. Aderton, and
Councilmember Alex Cooke.
Mayor Pro Tem Trejo called the meeting to order at 8:00 a.m.

ORDINANCE #9606
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9583 WITH REGARD TO EARLY
VOTING PLACES AND DAYS AND HOURS OF EARLY VOTING FOR THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD MAY 1, 1993.
Motion was made by Councilmember Neugebauer, seconded by
Councilmember Ince, to pass on second and final reading
Ordinance #9606. Motion carried: 4 Yeas; 0 Nays.
There being no further business to come befo a Council, motion was made
by Councilmember Ince, seconded by Councilmen r Pa son, o ad' n
