SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
MINUTES
APRIL 10, 1993
4:00 P.M.
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas met in special session on
the loth day of April, 1993 in the City Council Chambers, first floor,
City Hall, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas at 4:00 p.m.
Present: Mayor David Langston, Mayor Pro Tem Maggie Trejo,
Councilmember Randy Neugebauer, Councilmember Max Ince, Acting City
Manager Bob Cass, First Assistant City Attorney Don Vandiver, and City
Secretary Betty Johnson.
Absent: Councilmember M.J. Aderton, Councilmember Alex Cooke, and
Councilmember T.J. Patterson.
Mayor Langston called the meeting to order at 4:20 p.m.

(1.) Consider an Ordinance #9606 amending Ordinance #9583 calling
a Special Election for May 1, 1993, regarding a bond
election by adding an additional early voting location.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 9583 WITH REGARD TO EARLY
VOTING PLACES AND DAYS AND HOURS OF EARLY VOTING FOR THE CITY OF LUBBOCK
BOND ELECTION TO BE HELD MAY 1, 1993.
Motion was made by Councilmember Neugebauer, seconded by
Councilmember Ince, to pass on first reading Ordinance
#9606. Motion carried: 4 Yeas; 0 Nays.
