SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
DECEMBER 11, 1992
10:00 A.M.
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas met in special session on
the llth day of December, 1992 in the City Council Chambers, first
floor, City Hall, 1625 13th Street, Lubbock, Texas at 10:00 a.m.
Present: Mayor David Langston, Councilmember T. J. Patterson,
Councilmember M. J. Aderton, Councilmember Randy Neugebauer,
Councilmember Max Ince, Councilmember Alex Cooke, Acting City Manager
Bob Cass, City Attorney John C. Ross, Jr., and Acting City Secretary
Sally Abbe.
Absent: Mayor Pro Tem Maggie Trejo.
Mayor Langston called the meeting to order at 10:00 A.M.
( 1.) The Invocation was given by Councilmember T.J.
Patterson.
( 2.) The Pledge of Allegiance was given in unison by
those in the Council Chambers.

( 3.) Hold an executive session to consider land
acquisition for economic development purposes, in
accordance with Article 6252-17, Section 2(f),
V.A.T.S.
At this point, the City Council recessed to go into their executive
session. _

adjourn the meeting at 10:59 a.m. Motion cot ied. as; 0 ays.
