The City Council of the City of Lubbock,Texas met in special session on the 21st of February,
2017,at the Sheraton Austin Hotel at the Capitol, Capitol View Terrace, 701 East 11th
Street,Austin,Texas at 5:30 p.m.

Member Steve Massengale; Council Member Shelia Patterson Harris; City Manager
W. Jarrett Atkinson; City Secretary Rebecca Garza; City Attorney Chad Weaver

Diannah Tatum, Chair of the Lubbock Chamber of Commerce,gave opening remarks and
introduced Mayor Dan Pope.
Mayor Pope gave comments and introduced Senator Charles Perry, Representative John Frullo,and
Representative Dustin Burrows and they all gave comments.
Diannah Tatum gave closing remarks.

There being no further business to come before COL11161, Mayor Pope adjourned the meeting.
