City of Lubbock Municipal Court, 1214 14th Street, Lubbock, Texas at 11:00 a.m.

Present: Mayor Tray Payne; Mayor Pro Tem Shelia Patterson Harris; Council Member Latrelle Joy;
Council Member Steve Massengale; City Manager W. Jarrett Atkinson; City Secretary Courtney
Paz; City Attorney Chad Weaver
Absent: Council Member Christy Martinez-Garcia; Council Member Mark W. McBrayer; Council

1. 1. Welcome, Introductions & Opening Remarks - Honorable Mayor Tray Payne
Mayor Tray Payne gave opening remarks and welcomed those in attendance.
1. 2. Public Safety Improvement Plan - Steve Massengale, Council Member, District 4
Council Member Steve Massengale gave comments on the City of Lubbock's public safety
improvement plan.
1. 3. Community Impact - Honorable Judge Jorge Hernandez
Judge Jorge Hernandez gave comments on the community impact of the new City of Lubbock
Municipal Court.
�-., 1. 4. Closing Remarks & Ribbon-Cutting - Shelia Patterson Harris, Mayor Pro Tem
Mayor Pro Tem Shelia Patterson Harris gave closing remarks; and the City Council participated in a
ribbon-cutting ceremony for the City of Lubbock Municipal Court.
