NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN OF A SPECIAL SESSION OF THE LUBBOCK CITY COUNCIL TO BE HELD ON
JUNE 21, 1977 AT 11:00 A.M. IN THE REGULAR MEETING PLACE IN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, CITY HALL,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF ANNOUNCING AN EXECUTIVE SESSION FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING:
1. PERSONNEL MATTERS
2. LAND ACQUISITION
3. PENDING LITIGATION
ALL CONCERNING THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, MAKING IT AN URGENT PUBLIC NECESSITY THAT THESE MATTERS BE
DISCUSSED IN EXECUTIVE SESSION ON JUNE 21, 1977, AT 1:00 P.M. IN THE EOC ROOM IN THE CITY HALL
OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, ALL AS AUTHORIZED BY ART. 6252-17, SEC. 2(e), 2(f), AND 2(g) V.A.T.C.S.
POSTED THIS 21ST DAY OF JUNE AT 10:30 A.M.

In accordance with the above Notice of Special Meeting, the City Council of the City of Lubbock
met in Special Session in the regular meeting place at City Hall with the following members
thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Roy Bass, Councilman Dirk West, Councilwoman Carolyn Jordan, Councilman Alan Henry, Council-
man Bill McAlister, City Manager Larry Cunningham, City Attorney Fred 0. Senter, Jr., and City
Secretary -Treasurer Treva Phillips.
Mayor Roy Bass announced that an executive session would be held by the City Council June 21,
1977, at 1:00 P.M. in the EOC Room in City Hall for the purpose of discussing personnel matters,
land acquisition and pending litigation; all as authorized by Article 6252-17, Sec. 2(e), 2(f)
and 2(g), V.A.T.C.S.
NO FURTHER BUSINESS COMING UP FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED FROM Special
Meeting, June 21, 1977.
