SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
SEPTEMBER 28, 1976.
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met in special session at 12:00 Noon, in the
regular meeting place at City Hall, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Roy Bass, Councilman Dirk West, Councilwoman Carolyn Jordan, Councilman Alan Henry, Council-
man Bill McAlister, City Manager Larry Cunningham, City Attorney Fred 0. Senter, Jr.
Absent: City Secretary -Treasurer Treva Phillips.
76-35-387-829 Motion was made by Councilman Henry, seconded by Councilwoman Jordan, motion carried, Mayor
{1) Bass, Councilmen West, Jordan, Henry and McAlister voting Yea, none voting Nay that Mary N.
Lindsey be authorized and empowered to attest the execution of the 1977 Tax Rolls as Deputy
City Secretary -Treasurer in the absence of Treva Phillips, City Secretary -Treasurer of the
City of Lubbock.
76-35-387-830 Motion was made by Councilwoman Jordan, seconded by Councilman McAlister, motion carried, Mayor
(2) Bass, Councilmen West, Jordan, Henry and McAlister voting Yea, none voting Nay to accept and
approve the 1977 Tax Rolls.
