SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
AUGUST 5, 1976
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 12:00 Noon, in the regular meeting
place at City Hall, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Roy Bass, Councilman Dirk West, Councilwoman Carolyn Jordan, Councilman Alan Henry,
Councilman Bill McAlister, City Manager N. B. McCullough, City Attorney Fred 0. Senter,
Jr., and City Secretary -Treasurer Treva Phillips.
Absent: None
76-35-305-630 In accordance with the notice posted according to law, the City Council of the City of
(1) Lubbock, having concluded and Executive Session to discuss pending litigation, met in open
meeting.
Motion was made by Councilwoman Jordan, seconded by Councilman McAlister, motion carried,
Mayor Bass, Councilmen West, Jordan, Henry and McAlister voting Yea, none voting Nay that
agreed judgment as submitted by Plaintiff James G. Marshall and others, and reviewed by the
City's Attorneys, be accepted, conditioned upon the judgment also being signed by the other
parties involved.
NO FURTHER BUSINESS COMING UP FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED FROM Special
Meeting August 5, 1976.
