SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING
JANUARY 27, 1975
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 12:00 noon in the E.O.C. at City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Roy Bass, Councilman Dirk West, Councilwoman Carolyn Jordan, Councilman Alan Henry,
Councilman Bryce Campbell, City Manager N. B. McCullough, City Attorney Fred 0. Sen to r, Jr.,
and City Secretary -Treasurer Treva Phillips.
Absent: None
75-34-58-137 The City Council considered a resolution regarding Indiana Avenue from 19th Street to 4th Street.
(1) After -consideration of all information presented, motion was made by Councilman Henry, seconded
by Councilman Campbell, motion carried, Mayor Bass, Councilmen West, Jordan, Henry and Campbell
voting Yea, none voting Nay, that the Mayor prepare a list of what the Council understands
the various situations to be, what the Council desires, and how to proceed, and send the list
together with a cover letter to Mr. Kemp, with appropriate copies to the administration at
Texas Tech University, and request a response from them.
NO FURTHER BUSINESS COMING UP FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED FROM SPECIAL
MEETING, JANUARY 27, 1975•
