SPECIAL CALLED MEETING:
The City Council of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 2:30 o'clock p.m. in a special called
session, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor Max Tidmore and Councilmen W. E. Alderson, Jack Kastman, Rolan Simpson, and W. E. Medlock,
City Attorney Fred 0. Senter, Jr., City Manager William J. Pitstick, Jr.
Absent: None.
Motion by Councilman Alderson, seconded by Councilman Kastman, motion carried, Mayor Tidmore and
Councilmen Alderson, Kastman, Simpson, and Medlock voting Yea, none voting Nay, that Ordinance
No. 4618 be passed as an emergency measure..
AN APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE
ORDINANCE NO. 461f
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lubbock finds it is necessary to appropriate certain
specific funds out of bond funds for an approved project, and this ordinance deals with the daily
operation of City departments in the public interest which creates an emergency; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to -wit: Park Bond Fund
The sum $250
For the following purpose: To supplement ordinance-#4613 for purchase of Lot 12, Block 3, Westover
Heights Addition
Motion by Councilman Alderson, seconded by Councilman Simpson, motion carried, Mayor Tidmore and
Councilmen Alderson, Kastman, Simpson, and Medlock voting Yea, none voting Nay, that Ordinance
No. 4619 be passed on,first reading.

specific funds out of bond funds for an approved project;
NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK:
There is hereby appropriated out of the following described bond fund, to -wit: Water Capital
_Projects Fund
The sum $44,426.03
For the following purpose: Partial payment to Engineers on preparation of plans and specifications
on Water Treatment Plant as per contract dated March 8, 1962
NO FURTHER BUSINESS COMING UP FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CITY COUNCIL ADJOURNED FROM SPECIAL
CALLED MEETING, FEBRUARY 9, 1965.
