provided that the entrance to the area where such occupation exists be within the dwelling

prohibited home occupations and specified only that they should not be "detrimental or
injurious to adjoining property" and a secondary use, never a principal use.

4. Spokesmen will rise, be recognized by the Mayor, and invited to the microphone at the front of

Dear Mr. Crane:
Water Project
CITY OF LUBBOCK
November 11, 1964
The City Council of Lubbock has agreed to provide Reese Air Force Base with a water supply.
This supply can be provided by extending the City•s Sandhill Supply Line or by increasing the
capacity of the proposed C.R.M.W.A. aqueduct to the Base. The Air Force desires to know the cost
of providing water by each of these routes. The City has provided an estimate of cost for
extending from the Sandhills Supply Line, and we need an estimate of cost to increase the
capacity of the C.R.M.W.A!s line. We would appreciate your making an estimate on this possible
change.
The information about capacity and location of delivery point can be provided by Reese
personnel. They have told us of their visit with you and that the maximum rate of delivery
should be 1800 gallons per minute.
Should use of the C.R.M.W.A. facilities be practical, the City of Lubbock will formally request
the Authority to increase the capacity of the line and to install a water take point at Reese.
