The projects which this proposal covers are listed below. Load Flow and Fault Current Study This includes a study of the system from the generating stations through the transmission system and through the major substations. The system will first be studied under the conditions which will exist when the 44 MW steam unit is first placed in operation and then under the conditions which will exist when the total system is loaded to the firm capacity of the presently ;proposed facilities. Switching Station at 31st St. and Ave. A To tie the proposed transmission line in to the existing 69 KV loop and, if possible, to plan for an additional transmission to go to the west from this same point. Subs tat ion-20,000 KVA With 4-15 KV OCB'S and Double -ended Transformation Feeding into 15 KV Bus This substation is to be located near 31st St. and Ave. A and might possibly combined with the above switching station in some way.
