RECESSED REGULAR MEETING:
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 10:30 o'clock a.m. recessed regular session
recessed ,from Regular Meeting of March 28, 1963, the following members thereof being present,
to -wit:
Mayor Jack F. Strong and,Commissioners W.. E.. Alderson, W. C. O'Mara, Rohn Simpson, and Marvin
McLarty, Jr., City. Manager H. P. Clifton, Assistant City Manager Fritz Lanham.
Absent: City Attorney Fred 0. Senter, Jr., City Secretary -Treasurer Lavenia Lowe.
:63-22-117-367 Bids as follows were received for the purchase of 1500 KVA Electric transformers, being Bid No.
7284.
Bid Tabulation Set in Bid Book. -
After consideration of all bids received motion was made by Commissioner Simpson, seconded by
Commissioner McLarty, motion carried,. Mayor Strong and Commissioners Alderson, O'Mara, Simpson, and
McLarty voting Yea, none voting Nay, tq authorize acceptance of the bid of Jack Tate Company for
the purchase of these electric.transformers.
NO FURTHER BUS WSS COMING UP FOR CONSIDERATION, THE CITY CO fISSION ADJOURNED FROM RECESSED
REGULAR MEETING, APRIL 2, 1963.
