The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 9:30 o 'clock a.m. in the regular meeting place
in the Central. Fire Station located at 603 Avenue K, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor David C. Casey and Commissioners Otis Maner, W.C. O'Mara and Frank H. Chappell, Jr., City Attorney
