The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 2:30 P.M., Re-
cessed Regular I�ieeting, Recessed from Regular meeting of April 13, 1>50,
at the regular meeting place in the City Hall, the following members
thereof being present, to -wit:
I,iayor Pro -tern Harry 1-:orris, Comj ' issioners E. K. Hufstedler, Jr., Lucian
Thomas, City Manager Steve Matthews.
Absent: Mayor Clarence K. Whiteside, and Commissioner L. E. Davis.
I,:otion by Commissioner Hufstedler, sec(.nded by Commissioner Thomas, carried
unanimously, Ordinance 77" 083 passed first reading.
