Request was received from Mr. George Long that the City build, free of cost
to the property owners, water and sewer lines to Lot 6, Block 1, S.G. Brown
Subdivision of Tech View Addition. The principal reason stated by Mr. Long
in making this request is that a health nuisance exists at or near the Lamb
Dairy located just West of Mr. Long's property. Milk waste, etc., are being
drained into an open lake. It is Mr. Long's expectation that Mr. Lamb would
connect on to the proposed sewer line.
