The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, 1'exas, met at 1:30 P.M. in

members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor W H Rodgers, Commissioners Clarence K. Whiteside, W B Price, E.K:
Hufstedler, Jr., John Spikes, City Attorney Vaughn E. Wilson, City Manager
Steve Matthews, City Secretary Lavenia Lowe.
Absent: All.
Because of this day being "Thanksgiving" and a quorum not being present,
the City Commission was recessed to meet
