The `ity Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas met at 2 F.M. in
regular session at the regular meetin place in the City Hall, the
following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C A Bestwick, Commissioners W.B. Trice, J. Ray Dickey, F .H.Childress,
John Spikes, City "anager NI.R.Smith,Jr., Uity Attorney Vaughn E . Wilson,
City Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum, the �'ity commission recessed to meet April 9,
1948, at 1 F.M.
