The City Commission of the amity of Lubbock, Texas, metat 2 F.M. in
regular session at the regular meeting place in the Uity Hall, the
following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C A Bestwick, Commissioners ou.B. Price, J. Ray Dickey) F.H.
Childress, John Spikes, Gity Attorney Vaughn E. Wilson, amity Manager
Homer A. Hunter, City Secret=pry Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet February 16,
10,48, at 2 P.M.
