The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in regular session, at the regular meeting place in the 1-ity Hall,
the following- members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mjyor W H Rodgers, Commissioners W.B. Price, E.K. Hufstedler, Jr.,
Clarence K. Whiteside, John Spikes; C itv Attorney Vaughn E . Wilson, City
Manager M.R. �mith,Jr., City Secret=-ry Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet
January 5, 1949, 26 2 P.M.
