The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in regular session, at the regular meeting place in the ity Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor W H Rodgers, Commissioners W.B. Price, John Spikes, Clarence K.
Whiteside, E .K. Hufstedler, Jr., City Attorney Vaughn E. Wilson, City
Manager M.R. Smith, Jr., City Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet November 29,
1948, at 1:30 P.M.
