Nov. 11, 1948.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M. in
regular session at the regular meeting place in the City Hall, the fol-
lowing members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor W. H. Rodgers, Commissioners W. B. Price, E. K. Hufstedler, Jr.,
Clarence K. Whiteside, John Spikes, City Attorney Vaughn E. Wilson,
City Manager M. R. Smith, Jr., City Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet November 12,
19489 at 11:30 A.M.
Read and approved this the 24th __ day of _ November ----- 1948.
