Bruckner to change Lots 6 through 10, Block 12, College tiew Addition from a "C" Apartment District to an "F'" Business Ditrict (North side of 34th Street between Canton Avenue and Boston Avenue). The Planning Commission felt that inasmuch as a large portion of the property zoned forccommercial development on 34th_,Street is yet undeveloped by commercial uses, the need for extension of this/is_trict was not apparent. The Planning Commission also felt that the extension of)Ehis district would tend to increase the traffic problems on 34th Street. Request was received from W. G. The proposal is to set their building back 15 feet from the property line, construct 5 foot sidewalk, and then to pave the remaining 10,foot rlus the 10 foot between the property line and the curb.
