Sept. llth, 1952 Mr. Steve Matthews City Manager, City, Mr, J. E. Gordon appeared before the Equalization Board for 1952 and they in turn had his property re -checked and the value has changed due to error in the number of houses charged to the property. The value was lowered by the Appraiser from 980 Dollars value to 450. Mr. Gordon has not paid his 1950 and 1951 taxes and ask that an adjustment be made for t hse years also. And as there appeared to be a mistake in the 1949 Appraisal of Mr. Whitney, I recommended that the value be changed that the following amounts for said years be cancelled. 1950 City taxes to be charged off $ 7.95 1951 City taxes to be charged off $ 7.95 After the City Commission has acted on this will then collect the balance due from Mr. Gordon. Wright, Zone Case number 396, wherein Mr. Wright requested the North 132 feet of Block 4, Hunt Subdivision, be changed from the "B" Duplex District to an "F" Zone. This property being located at 46th Street and Avenue D. After consideration of this request for zone change, the City Planning Commission did not recommend, that a Public Hearin be held to considera zone change in this property, as in their opinion it would constitute spot zoning and would bear no relation to the over-all plan for the zoning of property in this area. 52-11-103-198 There was discussion of the proposal of N.
