Nov. 20, 1946.
The City Commission of the Uit,y of Lubbock, 'Texas, met at 1:00 P.M. in
recessed re-,ular session, recessed from regii1gr meeting of November 14, j
1946, at the regular meeting place in the City Hall, the following
members thereof being present, to -wit: �-
Mayor C.A. Bestwick, Commissioners W.B. Price, J. Ray Dickey, City Manager
Homer A. Hunter, City Attorney Vaughn E. Wilson.
Absent: Commmissioner F.H. Childress, Commissioner John Spikes, City
Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Motion by Commissioner Price, seconded carried, to offer Texas Land and
Mortgage Co•npan y $250.00 each for two �2) water well sites. Said sites
to be 200 Feet Square.
Motion by Commissioner Dickey, seconded, carridd, to offer the Studebaker
Heirs $ 250.00 each for five (5) water well sites, to be approximately 200
Feet Square and the offer to include the value of necessary pipe line
rights -of -way across the land owned by the Studebaker Heirs.
The above water well sites located in Northeast well field area.
No ftarther business coming up for consideration, the City Commission
adjourned.
Read and approved this the �27th day of November, 1946.
