The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M. in
Regular Session, at the Kegular Meeting Place in the City Hall, the
followbg members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C E Slaton, CommissiL�ner J.O. Jones, Garland Newsom, Hub Jones,
W B -'rice, City Attorney Durwood H. Bradley, City Manager M.R. Smith, Jr.,
City Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: Mayor C E Slaton, Commissioners Hub Jones, Garland Newsom, W B i'rice.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet Feb. 11, 19430
at 7 o'clock r.M.
