The pity Commission of the �,it,y of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in Regular Session at the Regular I.4eeting, Place in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C E Slaton, Commissioner J.�). Jones, City Attorney Durwood H.
Bradley, City Manager M.R. Smith,Jr. , and City Secretary Lav enia Williams. j
Absent: Commissioners W.B. Frice, Hub Jones, Garland Newsom.
For want of a quorum, the City Commission recessed to meet December 14th
1942, at 3 1,..1.1.
