January 30, 1942.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 2 P:M.
in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular 1:7eeting of
January 22, 1942, at the Regular Meeting Place in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C E Slaton, Commissioners W B Price, W G McMillan, Hub Jones,
Garland Newsom, City Manager W H Rodgers.
Absent: None.
Motion by Commissioner Price, seconded b.y Commissioner Jones, carried
unanimously, to extend Original Contract between City of Lubbock and
Earl W. Smith and N.C. Walter, to February 15, 1942, subject to
confirmation by Messrs. Smith and Walter; this extension of time shall
not affect any of the other terms and conditions of said Escrow
Agreement now in the Citizens National Bank of Lubbock, Texas.
No further business coming up for consideration, the City �Iommission
Recessed to meet February 3, 1942, at 12 Noon.
