The I%ity Commission of the pity of Lubbock, Texas, met at 4:30
in Recessed Regular cession, Recessed froln Re_ular laeeting of June 26,
194l, at the Re[ular Leeting t'1�-ce in the Uity Hall, the following
members thereof being present, to -wit:

4bscnt: Commissioner 'J.B. price and Commissioner Hub Jones.
Klotion by Commissioner Newson, seconded by Commissioner YcT;=illan,
carried unanimously, it was ordered to purchase right-of-i,aay for
Spur Track at the Twin -engine Training School, from Claude B. H rlbut
and 0 H Norton, at a price of $1,000.00; to be paid when proper
releases are secured and title is cle,',ed and approved by City.Attorney.
No further business coiling up for consideration, the City Commission
adjourned.
