13, 1941, at the R-;gular L:eeting glace in the City Hall, the
following members thereof being present, to -wit:
I.-ayor C E Slaton, Connissioners ?7 Price, Garland Newsom,
City L:anager '17 H Rodgers.
Absent: Cornissioners d G P cl.-illan and stub Jones.
This being the date set to receive bids on City of Lubbock �175,000.00
Electric Light Improvement and 'onstruction Dodds and :�75,,000.00
daterworks Improvement and CL..nstruction Fonds, motion by '-,ommissioner
Trice, seconded bf Co::nissioner Ne?%lsom, carried unanimously, to open bids.
Thereupon, bids were opened and read and after considering all&ids,
upon motion by Cor.riissioner Kewsoin, seco-:ded by Co. iissioner trice,
c=:rried unanimously, the bid of the Citizens National Wank, Lubbock, -Texas,-
seeming to be the best and :lost advantageous to the City, was accepted.

adjourned.
