1940, at the Regiilar I-eeting Place in the City Mall, the followirig
members thereof being present, to -trait:

Absent : Cormissioners 'I. G. I.-cllillan and Garland Newsom, and
City secretary Lavenia-iillians.
Iiaotion by Commissioner Price, secr7nded b,t Commissioner Jones,
carried unanimously, the Mayor and `'ity Secretary were instructed
to execute PavinG Release in favor of G.L. Eaton, Lot 18, Block 38,
Overton Addition to the City of Lubbock, '-Lexas. This being a leave -
out.
