The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in Regular Session at the Regular Ideeting Place in the `'ity Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:

Garland 1-4ewsom, City Attorney Durwood A Bradley, City I-anager '.d..-I.
Rodgers and �%ity Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: All.
For want of a quorum the meeting was recessed until 1:30 P.M.
