Posey New Turbine -Generator Unit Gentlemen: We wish to acknowledge and thank you for sending us the specifications on the turbine -generator and condenser. We sincerely regret that we are not able to bid on either unit since on the turbine -generators, the experience clause rules us out. On the condenser, we are at a disadvantage because of the specifications requiring a cast iron water box. However, if you do issue a tabulation to the manufacturers, we would certainly appreciate receiving a tabulation of both the turbine -generators and condensers since one of these days we will be able to meet experience clauses, etc. Thank you. Yours very truly, ELLIOTT COMPANY /s/ W. K.
