The `,ity Commission of the City of Lubbock, Terms, met at 5 P.M. in
Recessed Regular Session, recessed from Regular 1-eeting of October
12, 1939, at the Regular Leeting Place in the City Hall, the following
members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C E Slaton, Commissioners 4r' G IicLiillan, flub Jones, J A Fortenberry,
City I•Aanager W Ii siodgers.
Absent: Commissioner vJ B Price.
Motion by Commissioner YdcMillan, seconded by Commissioner Jones,
carried unanimously, Ordinance No. 630 was passed.
ORDLLUTCE No. 630
AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF CITY OF LUBBOCK LIGHT PLANT REVENUE
WARRANTS IN THE A11OUNT OF $175 , 000.00 , BE r RIITG 3% INTEREST, PLEDGING
THE REVENUES OF SAID ELECTRIC LIGHT AND PO!,M SYSTMI TO TFIE PAYP�:NT
