March 9, 1939.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in Regular Session at the Regular Meeting Place in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Mayor C E Slaton, Commissioners W B Price, `'d G McMillan, Hub Jones,
J A Fortenberry, City Attorney Durwood H Bradley, City Manager 1,11 H
Rodgers and City Secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: Commissioners W G McMillan, Hub Jones, W B Price.
A quorum not being present, the meeting was recessed to meet 11arch
16, 1939, at 1:30 P.N:i.
