The City Commission of the City of Lubbock,Texas, met at 1:30 P.M.
in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Repular Fleeting of
Dec. 22, 19381 at the Regular Ifeeting Place in the City Hall, the
following members thereof being present, to -wit:
Iuayor C 1, Slaton, Commissioner W G 11cl11illan, J A Fortenberry,
City Mlanager W H Dodgers and City secretary Lavenia Williams.
Absent: 6ommissioners Hub Jones and 'Wi B Price, and City
Attorney Durwood II Bradley.
Motion by Commissioner 1:cLlillan, seconded by Commissioner
Fortenberry, carried unanimously Ordinance No. 605 passed
first reading.
ORDINANCE NO. 606
ORDInkNCE CLOSING HEARING AND LEVYING ASSESMIENTS FOR A PART OF
THE COST OF I1-PROVIIIG A PORTION OF AVENUE W AND SUNDRY OTI-ER STREETS
AVENUES AND ALLEYS III THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, AMID PROVIDING
FOR THE COLLECTIGT OF SUCH ASSESMIENTS, AND FOP: THE ISSUANCE OF
ASSIGNABLE CERTIFICATES IN EVIDENCE THEREOF, AND,
No further business caning up for consideration, the City
Commission adjourned.
