The City Commission of the pity of Lubbock, Texas, net at 10 A.M.
in Recessed Re-ular Session, Recessed from Regular Meeting of
November 10, 19389 at the Regular 1.eeting Place in the City Hall,
the following members thereof being; present, to -wit:

Fortenberry and Hub Jones, City Attorney Durwood II Bradlev, City
I:lanager W H Rodgers, end City Secretary Lavenia +lilliams.
Absent: none.
This being the date set for hearing; on budget for the year 1938-19390
there being; no protests made, upon motion by Cor.-unissioner I,IcMillan,
seconded by Cormissioner Jones, carried unanimously, the he-rinEr was
closed and the Budget accepted.
Idotion by Commissioner Fortenberry, seconded by Cormissionc r I,1cLlillan,
carried unanimously, Ordinance No. 604 was passed.
