The Post Refining; Corap^_n;- of Post, `l'exas, seller, hereby sells
and agrees to deliver to the ,ity of Lubbock, buyer, at Lubbock,
Texas, its requirer:erts for fuel oil for follo� ing year, estirzated
ut 80 cars of fuel oil., 24-26 gr vity, -and 40 cars of 28-30 gravity,
for a period beginning --ugust lst, 1937, and ending 'Lu�-ust 1, 1938,
for which the buyer agrees to pay to the seller as follows:

If it be determined by the City th^t it could use 19-22 gravity
straight run fuel, it shall have the privilege of substituting any
part of the above order, and .)ay- therefor the basic price of
per barrel, q+nd have the serge upon terr.,,s stated above.
It is under:3tood thct the above quoted price is based on the
current riarket price of fuel oil, and th�.t the posted price of
39 ;re.vit, North Texas Crude is 1.18 and it is agreed that
in case the posted price for said 39-ravity iTcrth 'Texas Crude
hereafter advances, tent the ^_fores�id purchase price shiall increase
in the -amount of 40% of the .-Ov-,- -�e above the posted (.)rice.
_'_nd in case the posted price declines balow ,?1.18 tl.en the
purchase price s'- all be decreased. by 401,111, of t-he declines below
`11.18 .

be re , ir. ed by reason of unavoi.d-ible accidents or other causes to
suspend operaticris, or operations should be curtailed to the
