The City Commission of the City of Lubbocl.-, Te.,as, met at 5 P.P.Q. in
Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular Meeting of August 27th,
1936, at the Regular I:eeting Place in the City Hall, the following
nenbers whereof being present, to -wit:

L:ayor Ross Edwards, Corissioner :1. C. I:cI:illan, J. A. Lortenberry,
11. B. Price, -1. J. Richardson and City Iianager, W. II. Rodgers.
Absent: City Secretary Lavania Green.
The meeting was called for the purpose of discussing the appeal of the
Gas Election Contest to higher Courts, whereupon notion by Corlriissioner
Richardson, seconded by C. Fortenberry, to appeal Case No. G (,za
to Court of Civil Appeals at Anarillo, Te_:as.
Lotion failed to carry by the following vote: C. A. J. Richardson
voting Aye, I..ayor Ross Edwards and Connis�ioners W. B. Price, IV. G.
I.:cl.Iilla.n, J. _. rcrtenberry voting; No.
No further business coding up for consideration the City Commission
adjourned.
