Lubbock, Texas, March 2, 1936.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 2:30
P.M. in Recessed Regular N[eeting, Recessed from Regular Session
of February 27th, 1936, at the Regular Meeting Place in the 6ity
Hall, the following members thereof being present, to -wit:

Mayor moss Edwards, Commissioners B.E. Needles, A.J. Richardson,
J.C. Royalty, City Manager "'.H. Rodgers and City Secretary .7,,"O.
Stevens.
Ab:�ent: Co-missio::er "'.B. Price.
The Traffic Committee met with the City Commission, the following
members of the'Committee being present: Durwood H. 3radley,
Chairman, W.A. Jockson� Mrs. H.F. Godeke, J.W. Jackson, Rev. R.M.
Hocker; H.L. Johnson and Chas. A.Guy.
Absent: L.E. Davis.
The Committee made a full report Faith their recommendations. the
City Commission took the matter under advisement for further study.
Upon motion by Commissioner Needles, seconded by Commissioner Royally,
carried unanimously, it was ordered to rescind the date of March 12th,
1936, for receiving bids on Gas Pipe Line and Distributing System
from Tlarch 12th, 1936, to some future date to be announced by the
City Commission.
No further business coming up for consideration, the City Commission
Recessed to meet March 6th, 19369 at 2: 30 P.M.
