The City Commission of the Uity of Lubbock, 'Texas, met at 1:30
P.M. in Regular Session at the Regular Meeting Place in the
City Hall, the following members thereof being present, to -Nit:
Members Present: W.B. Price and J.C. Royalty, City hcanagEr "WeH.
Rodgers and City Secretary '".0. Stevens.
Absent: Mayor Ross Edwards, Commissioners B.E. Needles and
A.J. Richardson.
T,ot being a quorum present, the City Commission Recessed to meet.
February 28th, at 1:30 P.M.
