Price, J.C. Royalty, A.J. Richardson, Geo. E. Renson, City Attorney E.L. Klett, City Manager "T.H. Rodgers, and City Secretary ,!"I.0. Stevens. Absent: City Secretary W.O. Stevens, Commissioners J.C. Royalty, and A.J. Richardson. Upon motion by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Benson, carried unanimously, Ordinance No. 538 passed Second and Final Reading. ORDINANCE NO. 538 AN ORDINANCE BY THE CITY CO_�[MISSION OF THE CITY OF LUBBOCK, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE BY THE CITY OF LUBBOCK OF LAND OWNED BY M.G. AB7,RNATHY ,kND WIFE TARS. MOLLIE D. ABERNATHY AND LOCATED IN S7CTIONS ONE AND SEVENTY-SEVEN 1N BLOCK A, LUBBOCK COUNTY, TEXAS; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF FIVE PER CENT (5%) INTEREST BEARING 4�5 FARRATrTS Il; EWY ' T 'THEREFOR; AND LEVYING THE IvTE';y,SSARY TAX TO PAY THE INTEREST AZdD PRI;T,CIPAL OF SAID "ARRANTS AT _MATURITY.
