The City Uommission of the City of Lubbock, Texasq, met at 10 A.M.
.�. in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular meeting of
November 14th, 1935, at the Regular Meeting Place in the City
Hall, the follw�Ting members thereof being present, to -;•,,it:
Mayor Ross Edwards, Commissioners B.E. Needles, ','.B. Price,
J.C. Royalty, City Manager U.H. Rodgers.
Absent: Commissioner A.J. Richardson and City Secretary �.0.
Stevens.
Upon motion by Commissioner Royalty, seconded by Cor-missi -finer
Needles, carried unanimously, Ordinance No. S410passed First
Reading.
