Lubbock, Texas, Oct. 79 1935.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 10 A.M.
in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular Meeting of
Sept. 26, 19359 at the Regular Dleeting Place in the City Hall, the
folloj7ring members thereof being preBent, to -wit:
Mayor Fro Tern 7I.B. Price, Commissioners J.C. Royalty, A.J. Richardson,
City Attorney _,.L. Klett, City Manager .H. Rodgers.
Absent: Mayor Ross Edarards, Commissioner Geo. E. Benson, and amity
Secretary "1.0. Stevens.
Moved by Commissio,�:r A.J. Richardson, sedonded by Commissioner J.C.
Royalty, carried .unanimously, that the returns o-' the Uas 15ond
?lection held at the City Hall October 3, 1935, be opened and canvassed
and the results thereof declared. 'hereupon, it was found that there
-eras 1576 votes cast, at said election, being 800 votes for the bonds
and 776 votes against th^ bonds. The bonds carried by a majority
of 24 votes.
No further business coining up for consideration, the City Commission
adjourned.
