The '-ity Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at 9:30
A.M. in Recessed Regular Sessicn, Recessed from Regular Meeting
of December 13, 1934, at the Regular Meeting Place in the City
Hall, the following members th-reof being present, to -wit:

Absent: Commissioner Geo. S. Benson.
the Minutes of Accoti nts allowed from ;Tarrant No. 11490 to IPrarrant
No. 11772, both inclusive, were read and upon motion by Commissioner
Price, seconded by Commissioner Royalty, they were unanimously
approved.
Motion by Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Hichgrdson,
carried unanimously, that Ordinance No. 526 pass first reading.

ORDI2IINCE CREATING THE OFFICE OF ASSISTANT CITY RECORDER; FIXING
THE DUTIES OF OFFICE; AND DECLARIryG .rW EMERGENCY.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion by
Commissioner Price, seconded by Commissioner Royalty, carried
unanimously, the City Commission Recessed to meet December 21,
19349 at 9 A.M.
