Lubbock, 'Texas, August 31, 1933.
The City Commission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at
4 P.M. in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular
Meeting of August 249 1933, at the Regular Meeting Place in
the City Hall, the following members thereof being present, t-
wit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners Jno.E. Roach, J.C. Royalty,
Geo. E. Benson, City Attorney E.L. Klett, City Manager W&H.
Rodgers and City Secretary J.L. Holt.
Absent. Commissioner J.F. Bacon.
Motion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Royalty, carried
unanimously, the following Notice was ordered published.
NOTICE OF HEkRING OF CITY BUDGH;T
Notice is hereby given that at 2 o'clock P.M. Sept. 199
1933, in the office of the City Commission on the 2nd
Floor of the City Hall, Lubbock, 'Texas, there will be held
by said City Commission a public hearing on the Budget
of said City for the fiscal year beginning April 1, 1933,
and ending March 31, 1934.

No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion
by Mr. Roach, seconded by Mr. Royalty, carried unanimously,
the City Commission adjourned.
