Lubbock, Texas, November 13, 1933.
The City Uommission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at
9 A.M. in Recessed Regular Session, Recessed from Regular
Meeting of Nov. 91 1933, at the Regular Meeting Place in
the City Hall, the following members thereof being present,
to -wit:
Mayor J.J. elements, Commissioners J.C. Royalty, and J.F.
Bacon, City Manager W.H. Rodgers and City Secretary J.L. Holt.
sent: Geo. E. Benson and Jno. E. Roach, Commissioners.
he County Public Works Committee et with the City Commission.

Bailey Guest of Idalou, J.F. Pinkston, Slaton, Miss Delia
Wilkinson and Dr. I.E. Barr of Lubbock, Edgar Inmon, Secretary
of the Board.
Upon motion by Mr. Royalty, seconded by Mr. Bacon, carried
unanimously, the City Uommission approved the paving of Avenue
"T" from the south property line of 21st Street to the North
property line of 28th Street, provided can use relief labor,
as per plans and specifications on file in the Engineer's
office.
Motion by Mr. Royalty, seconded by Mr. Bacon, carried unanimous-
ly, the extension of the Water Line to connect well in the
negro park was approved, provided can use Relief Labor.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon motion
by Mr. Royalty, seconded by Mr. Bacon, carried unanimously,
the City Commission adjourned.
