The City Cor!nission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met at
1:30 P.M. in Regul• r aessi_on -it the Hegul• r fleeting Place in
the City Hall, the following members thereof being present,
to -Tit:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners J.F. Bacon, Jno. E. Ho=Lch,
J.C. Roy^lty, City Attorney E.L. K1ett, City Manager H.
Rodgers and 1,ity Secret �.ry J.L. Holt.
Absent: Commissioner Geo. E. Henson.

Meetings of June 9th and 15th, 19339 mere reed and upon
motion by IJIr. Ro ch, seconded by Mr. H•icon, they were unani-
mously approved.

un-�nimously, City Tax Collector, R.A. Hollznd, wa.s instructed
to remit cost on all delincuent t^.Yes paid on or before January
31, 194.
In order to remove any question as to what property shall be
taxable, it is moved by Commissioner Roach, seconded by
Coa,tnissioner Royalty, unanimously carried, that all property
in the City of Lubbock subject to taxation under the Consti-
tution and laws of 'Texas, be subject to taxes in said City.
