Lubbock, Texas, Feb. 239 1933.
The City Uommission of the City of Lubbock, Texas, met
at 1:30 P.M. in Regular Session at the Regular Meeting
Place in the City Hall, the following members thereof
being present, to-,r:it:
Mayor J.J. Clements, Commissioners Jno. E.Roach; Geo. �.
Benson, J.F. Bacon, J.C. Royalty, City Attorney E L. Klett,
City Manager T.H. Rodgers and City Secretary, J.L. Holt.
Absent: None.
The Minutes of Regular Mei-ting of February 99 1933, were
reid and upon motion by Mr. Royalty, seconded by Mr. Benson,.
they were unanimously approved.
The Minutes of accounts allowed from Tarrant No. 8475 to
Warrant No. 8611, both inclusive, were read and upon motion
by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. Royalty, they were unanimous-
ly approved.

Motion by Mr. Hoach, seconded by Mr. Bacon, that
Ordinance No. 503 pass second reading. Ordinance failed
to pass. Mr. Roach and Mr. Bacon voting Aye, Mayor
Clements, Mr. Royalty and Mr. Benson, voting No.
Motion by Mr. Bacon, seconded by Mr. Benson, carried
unanimously, City Secretary was authorized to issue
'Warrant in favor of the Uounty-City Welfare Association
in the amount of 5750.00 as the City's share of the
Charity Fund.
No further business coming up for consideration, upon
motion by Mr. Benson, seconded by Mr. B:ncon, carried
unanimously, the City Commission adjourned.
